Two hour in home visit or virtual session
Are you struggling with your baby or toddlers sleep routine and want some answers? This package is for you! You are not alone and help is here. My approach is compassionate, strategic and customized for your family’s success. I will work with you to set realistic and healthy goals as well as walk with you through the step by step process to better sleep. Together we will create an optimal routine and environment that fosters healthy sleep habits. I believe that children learn skills at different stages of development and can learn to even be excited about falling asleep on their own. In this process, you are building their self esteem, strengthening your bond and creating a solid foundation for healthy sleep attitudes.
You will receive a one on one in home visit or virtual session focused on the particular challenge you are needing support with and a personalized SleepScript. These sessions are usually about 90 minutes to 2 hours and include 3 follow up calls/emails/texts for continued guidance, questions and possible changes added to your SleepScript.
What is a Sleep Script?
It’s a step by step written plan of action that’s easy to follow and customized for your child. Most families see results and improvement within a few days with guidance and education. Imagine what could be possible by next weekend!
